Thanks for submitting via one of our authorised intake partners. Follow the steps below to complete your submission.
Our Process
Place your order online
Choose your service and complete checkout to generate your order number.
Label your submission
Write your order number clearly on the intake form or include a note inside your package.
Drop off with the partner
Hand your cards to the intake partner staff along with your order number. The intake partner will then ship your cards to us.
We assess and confirm
Once received, we assess your cards and contact you directly if approvals are required.
Restoration and return
Restoration is completed and your cards are returned to you or routed through your chosen grading pathway.
PLACE MY ORDER
After checkout, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number.
By placing your order and dropping your card/s off to our submission partner, you agree to our Terms of Service.

Do I pay the intake partner
No. They are a collection point only. Payment is made directly to Gotta Fix Them All through your online order.
How long does it take
Turnaround depends on current volume and restoration complexity. We confirm timelines after we receive your cards at our facility.
