How do I get my card assessed live?
Grab a VIP Pass. VIP holders send in photos of their card before the session and the head restorer assesses it on screen, live.
What if I can't attend live?

What kinds of damage will you look at?
Creases, dents, edge and corner wear, surface issues and cracked slabs — on Pokémon and other trading cards, raw or slabbed.
I'm not in Australia — is that a problem?
Not at all. Most of our customers are international; cards are mailed in with tracked shipping from all over the world. We'll cover exactly how that works in the session.
Will restoration affect grading?
