While some severe damage like deep scratches or heavy fibre loss may not be completely eliminated, we'll always work to achieve the best possible result.

How much will my card's grade improve?

Most cards see significant improvement! While we can't guarantee specific grades (as grading companies make the final decision), our restoration typically helps cards achieve grade levels higher than their original condition. We provide before/after documentation so you can see the transformation.

Is restoration worth it for my valuable cards?

Absolutely! Even a single grade improvement can increase a card's value by hundreds or thousands of dollars. Our professional restoration gives your cards the best chance at achieving their maximum grade potential when submitted to PSA, BGS, or other grading services.

What happens when you receive my cards?

We immediately secure your cards in our climate-controlled facility and begin restoration using museum-quality care. Every step is documented with photos/video for complete transparency. You'll receive updates throughout the process.

Do you provide proof of the work done?

Absolutely! We provide photo and/or video proof of every restoration for transparency and quality assurance. You can also view examples of our work on our social media channels and customer testimonials.

How do I send my cards safely?

Simply package your cards in penny sleeves + top loaders/semi-rigid holders, place in a bubble mailer, and send to our secure Australia Post Parcel Locker:

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We accept international orders. All returns include tracking, and you can add insurance at checkout for extra protection. Please note that any customs duties or taxes are the buyer's responsibility.

What about insurance and liability?

We're not liable for items lost, delayed, or damaged in transit to us, so we strongly recommend insurance. Once items are handed to the carrier for return, liability transfers to the customer. You will be provided with secure tracked packaging delivery to ensure your grails return safely to you. 

What if I'm not happy with the restoration?

We stand behind our work! Every restoration includes photo/video proof showing the improvement achieved. Our professional techniques and experience mean customers are consistently thrilled with results. Restoration services are non-refundable once work has begun, as each card receives custom treatment. If you are still unhappy a store credit can be discussed on a case to case basis. 

Can I return products I purchase?

Yes! Card sales and supplies have a 30-day return policy for store credit (valid 12 months). Items must be in original condition with packaging. All returns are issued as store credit only, unless otherwise required by Australian Consumer Law.

Do you offer any guarantees?

We guarantee professional-quality restoration using the best techniques and materials available. While specific grading outcomes depend on third-party companies, our restoration consistently improves card condition and grade potential. Every job includes documentation showing the transformation achieved.

How do I know if my card is worth restoring?

Generally, any card worth $50+ in current condition benefits from restoration. Higher-value cards see the most dramatic return on investment. Even moderately valuable cards often become significantly more valuable after professional restoration. We have seen old grails get restored and 5x to 10x their value!
