What types of cards do you restore?

We restore all types of trading card stock, not just Pokémon cards. Our services cover a wide range of collectible cards, including but not limited to Pokémon, One Piece, NBA, AFL, and other sports and non sports trading cards.

What types of damage can you fix?

We can restore most types of damage including edge wear, corner damage, light scratches, minor creases, and general wear. Our professional techniques can dramatically improve the appearance and grade potential of your cards. While some severe damage like deep scratches or heavy fibre loss may not be completely eliminated, we'll always work to achieve the best possible result.

How much will my card's grade improve?

Most cards see significant improvement! While we can't guarantee specific grades (as grading companies make the final decision), our restoration typically helps cards achieve grade levels higher than their original condition. We provide before/after documentation so you can see the transformation.

Is restoration worth it for my valuable cards?

Absolutely! Even a single grade improvement can increase a card's value by hundreds or thousands of dollars. Our professional restoration gives your cards the best chance at achieving their maximum grade potential when submitted to PSA, BGS, or other grading services.

📦 Shipping & Safety

How do I send my cards safely?

Once you place your order online, all shipping instructions will be emailed directly to you. This includes clear step by step guidance on how to package your cards safely and where to send them.

We recommend using penny sleeves and top loaders or semi rigid holders, placing cards in a bubble mailer, and sending via tracked and insured postage for peace of mind. Following our instructions helps ensure your cards arrive safely and securely for restoration.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We accept international orders. All returns include tracking. Please note that any customs duties or taxes are the buyer's responsibility.

What about insurance and liability?

We're not liable for items lost, delayed, or damaged in transit to us, so we strongly recommend insurance. Once items are handed to the carrier for return, liability transfers to the customer. You will be provided with secure tracked packaging delivery to ensure your grails return safely to you.

What if I'm not happy with the restoration?

We stand behind our work! Our professional techniques and experience mean customers are consistently thrilled with results. Restoration services are non-refundable once work has begun, as each card receives custom treatment. If you are still unhappy a store credit can be discussed on a case to case basis. 

Can I return products I purchase?

Yes! Card sales and supplies have a 30-day return policy for store credit (valid 12 months). Items must be in original condition with packaging. All returns are issued as store credit only, unless otherwise required by Australian Consumer Law.

Do you offer any guarantees?

Yes. We stand behind the quality of our restoration work. If you are not happy with the result, you may send your card back to us for a further assessment.

We will review the card and the original restoration work to determine whether additional improvements can be made. If further refinement is possible, we will discuss the next steps with you before proceeding.

Please note that restoration outcomes can vary depending on the original condition of the card and third party grading standards. While specific grades cannot be guaranteed, our goal is always to achieve the best possible result using professional techniques and careful handling.

How do I know if my card is worth restoring?

Generally, any card worth $50+ in current condition benefits from restoration. Higher-value cards see the most dramatic return on investment. Even moderately valuable cards often become significantly more valuable after professional restoration. We have seen old grails get restored and 5x to 10x their value!
